Measurement of Brinell Hardness of Thin-walled Tubes with Wall Thickness of 3 mm or Less
摘 要
在对壁厚小于等于3 mm的薄壁管进行布氏硬度测试时发现测试值波动较大.通过硬度试验得到了薄壁管外壁不同深度的布氏硬度值,通过金相检验得出测量深度对布氏硬度有较大的影响,造成该影响的主要原因在于钢管外壁存在脱碳层.
Abstract
The measurement values of Brinell hardness of thin-walled tube with wall thickness of 3 mm or less were volatile.The Brinell hardness values in different depths from outer walls of thin-walled tube were obtained by hardness test.The metallographic examination results showed that there was obvious influence on Brinell hardness values by measurement depth, which was mainly caused by decarburized layer.
