Determination of Organochlorine Pesticides in Carex Cinerascens of Poyang Lake Wetland by GC
摘 要
采用气相色谱法测定鄱阳湖湿地环境标示物灰化苔草中8种有机氯农药。灰化苔草样品采集后,经处理成干样,用丙酮-石油醚(1+1)超声提取,浓缩至尽干,用甲醇溶解后,在Aglilent 19091-413色谱柱上分离,采用电子捕获检测器检测。8种有机氯农药的质量浓度在2.00~100.0 μg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)在0.6~1.3 μg·L-1之间。对灰化苔草样品进行加标回收试验,回收率在80.4%~114%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.1%~5.9%之间。
Abstract
GC was applied for the determination of 8 kinds of organochlorine pesticides in carex cinerascens of Poyang Lake wetland. The sample of carex cinerascens was collected, dried, and then extracted with acetone-petroleum ether (1+1) by ultrasonic. The extract was concentrated to near dryness and the residues were dissolved with methanol. The target analytes were separated on an Agilent 19091-413 column and detected by ECD. The linear relationship between the peak area and the mass concentration of the 8 kinds of organochlorine pesticides was in the range of 2.00-100.0 μg·L-1, with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.6-1.3 μg·L-1. The recovery rate measured by standard addition method was in the range of 80.4%-114%, with RSD (n=6) in the range of 1.1%-5.9%.
