Nondestructive Testing Method Based on Real-time Phase Shifting Shearography
摘 要
介绍了基于激光剪切散斑的无损检测新技术,重点介绍了可显著提高散斑图像质量和检测精度的实时相移技术,并推出自主研发的检测系统.使用该系统检测航空航天和军工领域的橡胶粘接结构,如固体火箭药柱、橡胶和金属的粘接结构,得到的缺陷散斑图像清晰可辨.结果表明,该系统可成功应用于复合材料粘接结构的无损检测.
Abstract
The nondestructive testing method based on shearography was described in this paper, and self-designed equipment was introduced.In this equipment the precision of the detection was significantly improved with high quality of fringe patterns by means of the real-time phase shifting technology.Applications of nondestructive evaluations for rubber bonded structures which were widely used in aerospace were presented.The experimental results indicated that the developed system based on shearography could be successfully used for nondestructive testing purposes for bonded composite structures.
