Reasons Analysis on Skin Defect on Inner Surface of 37Mn5 Steel Tubes
摘 要
针对某37Mn5圆钢在穿管过程中内壁出现大量起皮缺陷的情况,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电子显微镜分析和能谱分析等方法分析了起皮缺陷产生的原因.结果表明:由于37Mn5圆钢内部存在多种非金属夹杂物,同时钢中氮元素含量过高,在高温穿管时随着管壁厚度的减小,夹杂物处和气体处便会产生起皮缺陷.
Abstract
A large number of skin defect was found on inner surface of 37Mn5 steel tubes after wearing,and means such as macroscopic observation,chemical compositions analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis were used to analyze the formation causes of the skin defect.The results show that there were a lot of non-metallic inclusions in 37Mn5 round steel and the nitrogen content of it was rather high.So during the wearing,skin defect would appear at positions of inclusions and gas with the decrease of tube wall thickness.
