Microstructure and Anti-corrosion Property of Zn-10% Al-RE Coated Steel Wire
摘 要
采用双镀法制备了Zn-10% Al-RE镀层钢丝.采用等离子体发射(ICP)光谱、SEM分析了合金镀液化学成分、镀层的化学成分以及组织结构,并与锌镀层进行了比较,结果表明,Zn-10% Al-RE镀层中总混合稀土含量远低于合金镀液中的稀土含量.采用电化学分析和中性盐雾试验法对两种镀层的耐蚀性进行比较,结果表明,Zn-10% Al-RE镀层钢丝的自腐蚀电流密度约为锌镀层的二十分之一,中性盐雾腐蚀失重约为锌镀层的三分之一,说明Zn-10% Al-RE镀层钢丝的耐蚀性远远优于锌镀层钢丝.
Abstract
Zn-10% Al-RE coated steel wire was made by dual hot dipping method.The chemical compositions of alloy bath and Zn-10% Al-RE coating were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) atomic emission spectrometry.The results showed that the content of RE in the Zn-10% Al-RE coating was far less than that in the alloy bath.The microstructures of Zn-10% Al-RE coating and Zn coating were examined and compared by SEM.The anti-corrosion property of both coatings was also analyzed by electrochemical and neural salt spraying (NSS) methods.The results showed that the corrosion current of Zn-10% Al-RE coating was about one twentieth of that of zinc coatings.The weight loss of Zn-10% Al-RE coating was one third of that of Zn coating,which proved that the anti-corrosion property of Zn-10% Al-RE coating was highly superior to that of Zn coating.
