The Improvement of 600 MW Supercritical Units’ Coordinated Control System
摘 要
介绍了安徽淮南田集电厂两台600 MW超临界机组协调控制系统, 针对影响电网“两个细则”实施下的AGC考核指标的问题, 提出了较为详细的协调控制系统改进方案, 现场实践解决了影响AGC考核指标的因素。
Abstract
This passage presents the operational strategy of two 600WM supercritical units’ coordinated control system in TianJi Power Plant. According to the existing problems which affect the AGC performance indicators based on two relative instructions, the passage also introduces an improvement for the coordinated control system. By adopting several measures such as improving load response, constant and sliding pressure coordinating, adjusting the water supply circuit, optimizing the air-flow control system and avoiding coal mill’s starting turbulence, the main parameters of engine and boiler can be kept steadily, which will satisfy the unit’s safety and economic requirement and enhance the benefits.
