The Research and Realization of Intellectualized Coordination Control System for Supercritical Power Units
摘 要
提出一种有别于传统燃煤发电机组的智能化协调控制方法, 它能根据机组增减负荷和稳态工况, 采用合适的控制方式, 在变负荷时采用保证机组安全运行的前提下, 充分发挥机组变负荷性能的控制方式, 更好地满足电网的变负荷要求;在稳态时采用有利于机组稳定经济运行的控制方式, 较好地协调厂网利益。智能化协调控制策略包括协调方式的智能化控制方法、直流炉智能化给水控制方法、智能化快速反向变负荷方法和智能化超调控制方法等控制技术。
Abstract
Differing from the old way used in traditional coal-fired power unit, this paper gives a new kind of Intellectualized Coordination Control System (CCS), which can control the unit according to its power load and steady-state conditions. In order to coordinate with the varying load better, the new system can fully release the unit's varying-load capability within the safe marging. When the load is steady, the system will keep the unit's performance stable and economical to coordinate the profit between the plant and gird. The intellectualized coordination control system includes the following aspects, the intellectualized control for coordination, the intellectualized water supply control for one-through boiler, the intellectualized control of fast reversed varying-load and intellectualized overshoot control.
