Ultra Low Frequency Magnetic Inspection of Oxide Scale Exfoliation of Heated Austenite Stainless Steel Tube in Power Station Boilers
摘 要
分析了电站锅炉奥氏体不锈钢管内壁氧化皮形成和脱落的原因,介绍了一种适用于奥氏体不锈钢管受热面内壁氧化皮脱落的快速检测方法-超低频磁性检测技术,对超低频磁性检测技术的原理、特点、检测工艺及现场应用情况进行了阐述.实践证明,该检测方法可以快速、直观、准确地检测奥氏体不锈钢管内壁的氧化皮脱落和管内的铁磁性物质,为电站锅炉质量监督和安全运行提供了有效的检测手段.
Abstract
In this paper,the oxide scaleformation and exfoliation of the austenitestainless steel tubes in power station boilers are analized,and a fast inspection method of ultra low frequency magnetic inspection technology ,is introduced to be applicable to the oxide scale exfoliation of heated austenite stainless steel tube face.The principle,characteristics,inspection process and engineering application of ultra low frequency magnetic inspection technology are elaborated.Through the practical application verification,the oxide scale and other ferromagnetic material in the austenite stainless steel tubes can be rapidly,visually,and accurately detected .The technology provides a feasible method for the quality supervision and safe operation of power station boilers.
