Optimization and Analysis of the Communication Services for Super High Voltage Substation in New Operation Mode of Shanghai
摘 要
介绍了上海市电力公司“大运行”模式下超高压变电站的组织结构, 通过比较和分析超高压变电站各类通信业务的特点, 提出了配置超高压变电站通信业务的要点。以中心站为主要研究对象, 重点剖析中心站至受控站和各级调度的各类通信业务, 并分类阐述了通信网络的结构以及网络构建的实施过程。结合超高压变电站通信业务的发展特点, 指出了通信网络的发展方向, 并对未来通信网络的建设提出了建议。
Abstract
This essay mainly discusses the structure of super high voltage substation in Shanghai, gives out some key points of configuration on communication services. It analyses the communication services between substation to its controlling substation and dispatching center, and also elaborates the structure of communication network and the building process of the network. Then it gives some advices of the planning of future communication network, linking with the characteristic of developing communication services.
