Optimal Design of Wind Turbine Pile Foundation in Coastal Marsh Area
摘 要
滩涂地区的土层分布很不均匀, 土层承载力较低。而风力发电机组对塔架倾斜十分敏感, 对基础不均匀沉降要求特别高。介绍了山东利津三期风力发电工程的概况及地质条件, 通过预制桩与灌注桩的工程造价比对, 得出单个风机预制桩基础要比灌注桩基础造价低2.2%。由于工程地处沿海滩涂地区, 为了防止海水中的氯离子侵蚀基础, 泥浆护壁需要消耗大量淡水, 而且水下成桩质量不易控制。对滩涂地区风机桩基础优化设计, 采用预应力高强度混凝土管桩, 具有成本低、耐腐蚀、施工进度快、技术成熟等优点, 桩基础设计可行。
Abstract
The soil distribution in coastal marsh area is not uniform, and the soil bearing capacity is low. The wind turbine is sensitive to tower inclination, and it has high requirements for nonuniform settlement of foundation. This paper introduces the general situation and geological condition of the phase three wind power project in Shandong Lijin. Through a comparison of project cost, the cost of precast pile is 2.2 percent less than caisson pile. Because the project is located in coastal region, slurry wall needs to consume large amount of fresh water In order to prevent erosion of the foundation by chloride ion in seawater. And it is hard to control the quality of underwater piling. Owing to the pre-stressed high-strength concrete tube pile has its low-cost in project, impact resistance, fast construction speed and proven technology and so on. So the pile foundation design is feasible.
