Economic Analysis of Combustion Improver for Gas Turbine Using Heavy Oil
摘 要
在燃油中加入消烟剂可以改善燃烧和污染物排放,降低发电热耗约3g/kWh重油。以上海闸电燃气轮机发电厂在重油中添加SY1903试验结果为依据,分析油价变动时消烟剂对发电成本相对变化的影响程度。研究表明,消烟剂不但可以降低电厂燃用重油时的污染物排放水平,在一定浓度范围内还可以降低发电成本,特别是燃油价格进一步升高,发电成本降低的相对程度更加明显,但过高的消烟剂浓度并不能降低发电成本。
Abstract
It is proved that the pollution can be reduced by using the combustion improver in the fuel and improve the heat consumption of plant about 2g/kWh of heavy oil. It is discussed the relative change of the generating cost based on the experiment results in Shanghai Zhadian turbine power plant with the oil price in this paper. It is indicated that the combustion improver can reduce the pollution and the generating cost can be reduced in a certain range of concentration. With the increasing of oil prices in future, the generation costs can be reduced relatively further, especially. But high concentrations of combustion improver cannot reduce generating cost.
