WATER-SOLUBLE POLYANILINE INHIBITOR FOR CARBON STEEL
摘 要
通过浸泡用腐蚀失重法测试了所制备的水溶性聚苯胺在5%HCl溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀效果.确定了其最佳添加比例,并测试了温度变化对其缓蚀率的影响.试验结果表明,添加比例为4%的水溶性聚苯胺在5%的HCl溶液中对碳钢具有较好的缓蚀效果,且其缓蚀效果基本不受温度变化的影响.
Abstract
The inhibitive effect of water-soluble polyaniline on carbon steel was investigated by weight lost when immered in 5% HCl.The best adding ratio of water-soluble polyaniline was obtained by testing the change of inhibition with adding ratio.And the effect of temperature on inhibition was also tested.The results of testing indicated that the best adding ratio of water-soluble polyaniline in 5% HCl was 0.4%,and its inhibition did not change with temperature.
