SYNERGISTIC EFFECT OF TUNGSTATE AND BENZOTRIAZOLE ON CORROSION INHIBITION OF X70 STEEL
摘 要
应用动电位扫描法和电化学阻抗法研究了钨酸盐和苯并三唑(BTA)在氯化钠介质中对X70钢的协同缓蚀作用.结果表明:X70钢在0.03%的NaCl溶液中的腐蚀为混合控制过程.Na2WO4·2H2O和苯并三唑均为阳极型缓蚀剂.在保持缓蚀剂总浓度为2×10-3mol/L时,Na2WO4·2HO∶BTA为1∶1时缓蚀率达最大,为83.01%.
Abstract
The corrosion inhibition behaviors of tungstate or/and benzotriazole(BTA) in 0.03%NaCI solution were studied using polatization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The inhibition efficiency of tungstate was higher than that of BTA.With the concentration ratio of tungstate/BTA being 1∶1 at the total concentration of 2×10-3mol/L,the inhibition efficiency reached the max 83.01%.
