APPLICATION AND EVALUATION OF PIPELINES WITH THREE KINDS OF ANTI-CORROSION COATINGS
摘 要
对H87、HT515和EP-67玻璃鳞片三种环氧重防腐内涂层管线进行了一年的中试应用及解剖试验评价,认为EP-67玻璃鳞片内涂层管道的整体性能较好,作为油田集输系统比较适宜的管内防腐蚀技术有较好的应用前景; HT515和H87涂层管道的整体性能及防腐蚀性能均较差,不适宜在油田推广应用.
Abstract
Three kinds of epoxy coated pipelines with glass flakes of H87,HT515 and EP-67 were applied and evaluated with dissection test.The overall properties of EP-67 were fairly good,and as an internal corrosion prevention coating in sour gas gathering system,it had a good application prospected.The overall properties and anti-corrosion of HT515 and H87 were worse and could not be extensively appliced in oilfield.
