CORROSION AND PROTECTION DESIGN OF SEA WATER COOLING SYSTEM IN NPP
摘 要
针对滨海核电站海水冷却系统出现的腐蚀事件,讨论了核电站海水冷却系统防腐蚀设计的一些基础性问题,包括设计基准、选材、典型的防腐蚀措施、特殊设备的防腐蚀方案和相关的经验.讨论了因专用防腐蚀系统、设备或部件的老化、寿期及其失效带来的腐蚀风险.特别提到由于防腐蚀设计不足和施工带来的腐蚀问题.这些问题大多可以在设计和建造阶段解决.呼吁推广现有优秀防腐蚀设计方案.
Abstract
The function,equipment and typical corrosion events in seawater cooling system of nuclear power plant (NPP) are introduced.Based on typical marine corrosion events,the basic aspects of corrosion preventing design including the design base,material selection,typical corrosion preventing measure,corrosion preventing plan of specific equipment and correlative experience feedback are discussed.The aging,lifetime and corrosion risk of special corrosion preventing system,structure and components are analyzed.The main point of corrosion preventing design of sea water cooling system is summarized,and the importance of the corrosion preventing design in the newly built nuclear power plant project and the applicable and promotional value of the existing outstanding corrosion preventing design proposal are presented when nuclear power enterprise develops fast in our country.
