CORROSION FAILURE ANALYSES OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER HEATING PIPE
摘 要
针对工业废水水暖管道腐蚀失效问题,采用化学成分分析、X射线衍射、光学显微镜、腐蚀电化学试验等方法对腐蚀钢管进行分析.结果表明,腐蚀沉积物中含有Fe3O4、Fe2O3、Fe2(SO4)3及FeS;水介质pH值低于最小腐蚀速度范围的pH值;水介质中Cl-浓度值偏高,SO2-4浓度值比标准偏高近一倍,这些因素对钢管的腐蚀速度及腐蚀性能均造成影响;母材中存在的夹杂和带状组织对材料的腐蚀性影响不大.因此工业废水用于供暖管网前,应对介质水进行一定的处理来保证供暖管网的寿命.
Abstract
Chemical composition analysis,X-ray diffraction,optical microscopy and electrochemical testing methods were adopted to test the corrosion of steel pipe.The corrosion accumulation in the steel pipe was composed of Fe3O4,Fe2O3,Fe2(SO4)3 and FeS.The pH value of medium water in heating pipe was 7.5~8.26 and lower than the pH value 10~12,which is the value corresponding to minimum corrosion speed.Concentration of Cl- was high and that of SO2-4 was about double of the standard value.These factors could influence the corrosion speed and corrosion performance of steel pipe.The banded structure in the steel pipe had hardly influenced the corrosion.The industrial waste treatment should be carried out to improve the life time of the heating steel pipe before it is used.
