CORROSION INHIBITING PERFORMANCE OF AVMHT FOR CARBON STEEL IN H2S-HCl-H2O SYSTEM
摘 要
研究了合成的4-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯)-5-巯基-3-庚基-1,2,4-三唑(AVMHT)缓蚀剂在H2S-HCl-H2O体系中对碳钢的缓蚀作用,分析了其缓蚀作用机理.考察了H2S浓度、温度、AVMHT的浓度对缓蚀效果的影响.并同工业上常用缓蚀剂BZH-1、SF-121B、SH-A、505等进行了比较,结果表明AVMHT在H2S-HCl-H2O体系中对碳钢有显著的缓蚀作用.
Abstract
The performance of 4-aminovanillidene-5-mercapto-3-heptyl-1,2,4-triazole (AVMHT) on carbon steel in the H2S-HCl-H2O system was studied by weight loss method.The corrosion inhibiting mechanism was analyzed.The influence of H2S concentration,temperature,corrosion inhibitor’s concentration on the efficiency of AVMHT was investigated.A comparison with BZH-1,SF-121B,SH-A and 505,indicates that the AVMHT is a efficient corrosion inhibitor in H2S-HCl-H2O system for carbon steel.
