Effect of Ozone on Phosphating Film on Carbon Steel
摘 要
研究了pH值、温度以及不同浓度臭氧等因素对碳钢表面形成磷化膜的影响.结果表明,碳钢片在臭氧溶解量为0.82~1.62 mg/L,pH值为2.75~2.80的磷化液中,42~45 ℃处理5 min获得的磷化膜层致密呈暗灰色,膜重>5.90 g/m2,经电化学测试等方法表明耐蚀性良好.
Abstract
The effects of temperature,pH,and various concentrations of ozone dissolved in phosphate solution on phosphate coating were investigated.When the carbon steel was treated in the phosphating solution with dissolved ozone of 0.82~1.62 mg/L and pH of 2.75~2.80 at 42~45 ℃ for 5 min,the coating was gray and its weight was more than 5.90 g/m2.The coating showed good corrosion resistance.
