Influence of Cr6+ on Corrosion Behavior of Type 321 Stainless Steel in Uranyl Nitrate Solution
摘 要
对321不锈钢在1~4 mol/L HNO3+50 g/L UO2(NO3)2溶液和1~4 mol/L HNO3+50 g/L UO2(NO3)2+4 g/L Cr6+溶液中的均匀腐蚀行为进行了研究.通过比较发现,溶液中的Cr6+极大促进了321不锈钢在硝酸铀酰溶液中的腐蚀.扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析表明,溶液中的Cr6+使321不锈钢表面膜中的Cr2O3发生了溶解,在321不锈钢晶界和晶粒都发生了严重腐蚀.
Abstract
Corrosion behaviors of 321 stainless steel had been investigated in 1-4 mol/L HNO3+50 g/L UO2(NO3)2 solution and 1-4 mol/L HNO3+50 g/L UO2(NO3)2+4 g/L Cr6+ solution.A comparison of the corrosion rates indicated that Cr6+ promoted the corrosion of 321 stainless steel in uranyl nitrate solution.The analysis by SEM and XPS indicated that Cr6+ made Cr2O3 in the surface film of 321 stainless steel dissolved,resulting in the corrosion of grain boundaries and grains.
