The Aging Characteristic of Polyaspartic Ester Polyurea Coatings with Different Hard Segment Contents in Marine Environment
摘 要
通过海洋大气环境户外暴晒老化试验和盐雾加速老化试验,试验研究了不同硬段含量的聚天冬氨酸酯(PAE)聚脲涂层的耐海洋环境老化性能.结果表明,PAE聚脲涂层具有良好的耐海洋环境老化能力.海洋大气环境户外暴晒老化350天,不同硬段含量的PAE聚脲涂层的失光率、拉伸强度变化率和断裂伸长率变化率分别为12.7%~14.7%、5.2%~6.6%和4.3%~5.4%.PAE聚脲涂层的耐盐雾老化性能更好,老化350天失光率、拉伸强度变化率和断裂伸长率变化率分别为3.3%~5.7%、1.1%~4.0%和2.9%~4.4%.
Abstract
Polyurea coatings with different contents of hard segment polyaspartic ester(PAE) were investigated through aging tests of marine environment outdoor exposure and salt fog testing.The coatings showed excellent durability in marine environment.The percentages of tarnish,strength change and elongation at break change were 12.7%-14.7%,5.2%-6.6% and 4.3%-5.4% after 350 days outdoor exposure and 3.3%-5.7%,1.1%-40% and 2.9%-4.4%,respectively,after 350 days salt fog testing.
