Effect of Typical Corrosion Damages on Structural Material Characters
摘 要
铝合金结构中常见的腐蚀损伤形式有点蚀和剥蚀,以实验为基础,给出了点蚀及剥蚀对结构材料性能影响的理论模型,考察了这两种损伤形式对结构材料承载能力及寿命的影响,绘制出两种损伤形态对材料性能削弱程度影响的直观图表.最后利用AFGROW软件对点蚀和剥蚀损伤影响情况下结构材料的寿命进行了预测,预测精度较好.
Abstract
The effect of pitting corrosion and exfoliation corrosion on material degradation and fatigue life was investigated.Based on the experiments,the theoretical model and histogram of material degradation extent induced by pitting corrosion and exfoliation corrosion were presented.The effect of pitting corrosion and exfoliation corrosion on fatigue life of structural materials was analyzed using the AFGROW software and the predicted results were in good agreement with experimental cycles.
