Initial Stage Monitoring of Pitting Corrosion of 1Cr18Ni9Ti Stainless Steel in Sodium Chloride Solution Using ESPI
摘 要
利用激光电子散斑干涉技术(ESPI)实时、原位监测了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在3.5%氯化钠溶液阳极极化过程中的表面动态变化;用金相显微镜、原子力显微镜等对阳极极化后试样表面腐蚀点进行宏观形貌和微观形貌特征研究;发现极化过程中激光干涉图上出现的亮斑是由不锈钢表面点蚀产物扩散造成的.结果表明,采用ESPI技术可以对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢点腐蚀过程进行原位、全场、非接触、高精度、动态连续的检测.
Abstract
Pitting corrosion of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel had been monitored by electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI).Microscopy and atomic force microscopy were used to investigate the sample surface and microstructure of the corrosion pit.It was concluded that the speckles in ESPI were caused by the pitting corrosion products.The results indicated that ESPI could be carried out in-situ and with the features of real time,full field,non contact,high resolution and continuous detection for monitoring the initial stage of pitting corrosion of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel in 3.5% NaCl solution.
