Effect of Polyaniline on Anticorrosive Performance of Epoxy Coatings
摘 要
制备了本征态聚苯胺在涂层中质量分数分别为0%、1.5%、3%、5%、7%、10%的聚苯胺/环氧防腐蚀涂层,通过Tafel极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱测试对比了其在3.5% NaCl溶液中的腐蚀性能,结果表明,聚苯胺含量对涂层的防腐蚀性能有较大影响:涂层中聚苯胺含量较小时,随着其在涂层中含量的增加,涂层的腐蚀电位相应提高,而随着聚苯胺含量的进一步增加,涂层的防腐蚀效果开始下降.涂层中聚苯胺质量分数含量为5%时,涂层具有最佳的防腐蚀性能.
Abstract
Polyaniline /epoxy anticorrosive coatings with mass froctions of emeraldine base form of polyaniline in coatings being 0%,1.5%,3%,5%,7%,10% were prepared ,and theirs anticorrosive performance in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by polarization curves and EIS.Results indicate that the mass fraction influenced the anticorrosive performance of the coating.When the mass fraction of polyaniline in coating was less,the anticorrosive performance of coating increased with the increase of mass fraction,and then the anticorrosive performance of coating declined with the more increase of mass fraction.The anticorrosive performance of coating was the best when the mass fraction of polyaniline in coating was 5%.
