Sulfate Corrosion of Cement-based Materials

摘    要
水泥基材料的硫酸盐侵蚀是其耐久性研究的一个重要方面.钙矾石、石膏以及碳硫硅钙石的生成是水泥基材料硫酸盐侵蚀的主要破坏形式,水泥基材料的化学成分和内部孔隙结构以及外界环境的硫酸盐浓度决定了水泥基材料的硫酸盐侵蚀类型.本文分析了水泥基材料在硫酸盐环境下钙矾石、石膏以及碳硫硅钙石的形成条件和机理,比较了各自硫酸盐侵蚀类型的主要破坏形式.

Abstract
The sulfate corrosion is an important research aspect of cement-based material′s durability.The formation of ettringite,gypsum and thaumasite is the major sulfate corrosion mode of cement-based materials.The chemical composition,pore structure of the cement-based materials and sulfate concentration in external environment decide the type of sulfate corrosion.The formation conditions and mechanism of ettringite,gypsum and thaumasite are analyzed and the primary forms of corrosion damage are compared.
