Corrosion Behavior of Ferrous Metals Exposed to the Yangtse River in Wuhan of China
摘 要
通过现场暴露试验,获得了7种典型钢铁材料、碳钢/不锈钢、碳钢/铜偶对在武汉长江中的腐蚀结果,总结了它们的腐蚀行为.HT200、QT500-7、Q235、16Mn在武汉长江中有较高的腐蚀速率和较重的点蚀.QT500-7的耐蚀性好于HT200.在武汉长江中暴露4年,304、316L没有明显的腐蚀,430有较轻的点蚀.在长江水中Q235与304或T2偶合,电偶腐蚀较重.
Abstract
By using field exposure tests,the corrosion behaviors of seven typical ferrous metals,mild steel/stainless steel couple and mild steel/copper couple were studied in the Yangtse River in Wuhan of China.HT200,QT500-7,Q235 and 16Mn had higher corrosion rate and more serious pitting in the Yangtse River in Wuhan.Corrosion resistance of QT500-7 was better than that of HT200.After exposure to the Yangtse River in Wuhan for 4 years,corrosion of 304 and 316L was not obvious,and pitting of 430 was not serious.Galvanic corrosion of Q235/304 couple and Q235/T2 couple in the Yangtse River in Wuhan was relatively serious.
