A New Technology of Anodic Qxidation for Magnesium Alloy AZ40
摘 要
用交流稳压法和正交试验法对AZ40镁合金进行了阳极氧化试验,开发出了一种新型环保型镁合金阳极氧化的电解液配方,添加一种新的成膜添加剂后,成膜速度加快;形成的阳极氧化膜有良好的耐腐蚀性;经过封孔工艺处理后,其自腐蚀电流密度为0.503 μA/cm2;XRD分析表明氧化膜主要由基体元素Mg及其氧化物MgO组成,另外还含有SiO2和镁的硅酸盐;SEM结果显示氧化膜呈完整的陶瓷状态.
Abstract
A new environmentally anodizing electrolyte for AZ40 magnesium alloy was developed by using AC voltage regulator method and orthogonal test.The film had good corrosion resistance and the film forming was rapid by adding a new film-forming additive.After sealing process,the corrosion current density of coating was 0.503 μA/cm2.XRD analysis indicated that the oxide film composed mainly of Mg,MgO,SiO2 and magnesium silicate.SEM analysis showed that the bond between film and substrate of magnesium was good.
