Comparison of Electrochemical Impedant Performance of Two Kinds of Acrylic Resin Coating on Silicon Steel
摘 要
用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)比较了丙烯酸树脂/硅钢与丙烯酸氨基树脂/硅钢体系在3.5% NaCl溶液中的性能与失效行为,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)对其表面形貌进行了观察比较.结果表明,丙烯酸氨基树脂涂层的防腐蚀性能好于丙烯酸树脂涂层.
Abstract
The performance and failure behavior of acrylic resin/silicon steel and acrylate amino resin/silicon steel were studied.The resin coating immerging in 3.5% NaCl solution was tested by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results showed that the acrylate amino resin coating had better anticorrosion performance than the acrylic resin coating.
