Adsorption Behaviour of Thioglycolic Acid on Pre-corroded A3 Steel
摘 要
为证实缓蚀剂可以控制已经形成完整膜下的钢表面的腐蚀,采用极化曲线法、交流阻抗技术及理论分析研究了NaHCO3溶液中巯基乙酸(TGA)在FeCO3膜表面的吸附行为及其对A3钢腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明:TGA在腐蚀产物膜上形成了多层吸附,其缓蚀机理为“负催化效应”,浓度为1000 mg/L时具有最好的缓蚀效果;TGA在腐蚀产物膜表面的吸附反应为自发过程,吉布斯自由能为-25.766 kJ/mol.
Abstract
In order to confirm the inhibition effect of corrosion product film of A3 steel,the adsorption behaviour of TGA(thioglycolic acid) on FeCO3 surface and its inhibition mechanism in sodium bicarbonate solution were studied by polarization curves,EIS and theoretical analysis.The results indicated that TGA formed a multi-layer film on the surface of FeCO3 and acted as negative catalytic inhibitor,its inhibition effect reached the maximum at the concentration of 1000 mg/L.The adsorption of TGA is spontaneous and the corresponding Gibbs free energy is -25.766 kJ/mol.
