Anodic Oxidation Technology of High Silicon Aluminum Alloy
摘 要
以硫酸为电解液,研究了电解液浓度、电流密度、氧化时间和氧化温度对铝硅合金氧化膜厚度及电化学行为的影响,确定了最佳的阳极氧化工艺.本试验条件下获得的氧化膜具有良好的耐中性盐雾腐蚀性能,且试验工艺流程简单,易操作,获得的氧化膜具有灰色均匀表面,应用前景广泛.
Abstract
Using sulfuric acid as electrolyte,the effects of electrolyte concentration,current density,oxidizing time and electrolyte temperature on oxide film’s thickness and electrochemical behavior were studied.The optimal anodic oxidation process was determined.The obtained anodic film had good corrosion resistance in neutral salt test and uniform gray surface.The anodic oxidation technology with the advantages of simple process and easy operating would have wide application prospect .
