Structure and Corrosion Resistance of Galvanized Steel Sheets Treated by Environmental Friendly Passivation Solution
摘 要
利用扫描电镜、辉光光谱、阳极极化和中性盐雾等测试手段,分析了热镀锌板钝化层的表面形貌、微观成分和耐蚀性能.结果表明,新型环保三价铬钝化液符合ROHS(欧盟电子产品环保认证)标准,封孔剂的加入,弥补了Cr(Ⅲ)钝化的不足,达到了Cr(Ⅵ)的钝化效果,使得新型环保钝化热镀锌板的耐蚀性优于传统铬酸盐钝化热镀锌板.
Abstract
By using scanning electron microscopy,glow discharge optical emission spectrometry,anodic polarization and neutral salt spray testing,the surface morphology,composition and corrosion resistance of new environmental friendly passivation hot galvanized steel was analyzed.The results indicated that the new environmental friendly passivation solution satisfied the ROHS standard.By adding plugging solvent,the corrosion resistance of new environmental friendly passivation galvanized steel was better than that of traditional hot hexavalent chrome passivation galvanized steel.
