A Composite Inhibitor for Anti-scale and Auti-corrosion in Water Treatment
摘 要
以油酸、二乙烯三胺、氯化苄为原料,制备咪唑啉型季铵盐HF-01,通过正交试验,研究HF-01、1,4-丁炔二醇、吐温20、乙醇溶液(质量分数50%)、肉桂醛的复配缓蚀性能,得到最佳复配体系HF-02,最后研究阻垢剂浓度、反应时间、钙离子浓度对HF-02阻垢性能的影响.当HF-01为18 mg/L,1,4-丁炔二醇14 mg/L、吐温20为6 mg/L、乙醇溶液(质量分数50%)21 mg/L、肉桂醛2 mg/L时,HF-02对A3钢片在模拟盐水中的缓蚀率达99.79%.HF-02浓度为10 μg/mL,反应时间6 h,钙离子用量为100~200 mg/L时,HF-02阻垢效果最佳.
Abstract
Imidazolinyl-ammonium-salt HF-01 was synthesized from oleic acid,diethylenet riamine and benzyl chloride.Through orthogonal experiment,the optimal complex HF-02 was investigated.The effect of HF-02 concentration,reaction time and calcium concentration on scale inhibiting performance was studied.When HF-01 was 18 mg/L,1,4-butynediol was 14 mg/L,tween20 was 6 mg/L,alcohol solution (mass ratio of 50%) was 21 mg/L,cinnamic aldehyde was 2 mg/L,the corrosion inhibition efficiency of HF-02 to A3 steel reached 99.97%.Under the condition of HF-02 10 μg/ml,reaction time 6 h and calcium 100~200 mg/L,HF-02 had optimal scale inhibition.
