Effect of Ca on Stress Corrosion Behavior of Mg-7Al Alloy
摘 要
通过再钝化行为测试,慢应变速率试验和扫描电镜法研究了Ca含量对Mg-7Al合金应力腐蚀行为的影响.试验结果表明,Ca的添加减少了Mg-7Al-0.3Mn合金的应力腐蚀敏感性,增强了Mg-7Al-0.3Mn合金的再钝化能力.
Abstract
The SCC susceptibility of Mg-7Al alloys with different Ca additions in 0.21 mol/L K2CrO4 + 0.6 mol/L NaCl solution and air environments was investigated by means of repassivation testing,slow strain rate method and SEM.The results indicated that the Ca addition could decrease SCC susceptibility of Mg-7Al alloys and enhance the repassivation ability of the Mg-7Al-0.3 Mn alloy.
