Corrosion Mechanism and Protection of Production Fluid with Polymer
摘 要
针对含聚采出液加重抽油杆和管线腐蚀,室内试验研究了含聚采出液中腐蚀离子、聚合物以及细菌对碳钢的腐蚀影响程度.发现含聚采出液中高浓度HCO-3、Cl-和SRB是引起腐蚀的主要原因;采出液中聚合物不利于缓蚀剂缓蚀作用的发挥,反而引起SRB大量繁殖,间接引起腐蚀.采取聚合物降解剂+缓蚀剂+杀菌剂复合防腐蚀技术可以抑制含聚采出液的腐蚀.研制开发出一种固体缓释型综合缓蚀剂.
Abstract
The effects of corrosive ions,polymer and bacteria in the production fluid on the behavior and degree of metal corrosion were investigated.It is found that high concentration of HCO-3,Cl- and SRB might be the major causes for corrosion.The polymer in production fluid had bad effect on corrosion inhibitor and largely increased the production of SRB,and thus indirectly induced the metal corrosion.A combination technology of polymer degradation reagent,corrosion inhibitor and bactericide was presented.A solid multifunctional and controlling-released corrosion inhibitor was formulated.
