2205/Q235 Duplex Stainless Steel Composite Pipe with Large Diameter Used in Acid Medium
摘 要
针对油田集输管线对抗腐蚀性能的特殊要求,研制开发了大面积2205/Q235双相不锈钢复合板材;采用直缝双面埋弧焊(JCOE)成型技术和氩弧焊+CO2保护焊复合焊接技术,成功试制了426 mm×14 mm覆层2205双相不锈钢的复合管.采用SEM、力学性能检测和HIC(氢致开裂)、SSCC(硫化物应力腐蚀破裂)以及腐蚀速率测定等方法对复合管的性能进行了测定.测试表明,2205双相不锈钢和Q235碳钢完全实现了冶金结合;复合管的剪切强度及其它力学性能完全符合相关标准要求,并具有较好的抗HIC和SSCC性能,在H2S、CO2 、Cl-共存的气相腐蚀介质中,试样腐蚀速率仅为0.045 mm/a,可用于油田酸性介质的输送.
Abstract
According to the special requirements for corrosion resistance of oilfield transportation pipeline,large area 2205/Q235 duplex stainless steel composite board was developed,and 426 mm×14 mm pipe with 2205 duplex stainless steel composite layer was manufactured successfully by submerged arc welding (JCOE) forming technology + argon arc welding and CO2 protection composite welding technology.By means of SEM,mechanical properties testing,HIC,SSCC and corrosion rate determination the properties of the composite pipe body were analyzed.The results showed that 2205 duplex stainless steel and Q235 carbon steel realized metallurgical bond completely.The shearing strength and other mechanical properties of composite pipe are accordant with relevant standards.The composite pipe had good HIC resistance and SSCC resistance properties.In the gas phase corrosion medium with H2S,CO2 and Cl-,the corrosion rate of the composite pipe was only 0.045 mm/a.This composite pipe could be used in acid medium transportation.
