Polluted Water Corrosion and Protection Measures at a Joint Station in Shengli Oilfield
摘 要
利用溶解氧含量测试、细菌分析、离子分析、腐蚀速率检测、腐蚀产物与垢物X射线衍射分析(XRD)及扫描电镜能谱分析(SEM/EDX)等分析测试手段,并结合实际生产工艺,确定了胜利油田孤岛采油厂孤六联合站污水腐蚀主要为:溶解氧腐蚀、氧加速下的Ca2+/HCO-3体系腐蚀以及硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)腐蚀,相应提出了气浮工艺改进、重新筛选缓蚀剂等腐蚀防护措施.
Abstract
Analyses and testing methods such as dissolved oxygen content measurement,bacteria analysis,ion component analysis,corrosion velocity detection,XRD,SEM and EDX of corrosion products combined with the practical production process analysis were used to study the corrosion reasons in the polluted water at the Gu No.6 Joint Handling Station of Gudao Oil-Plant in Shengli Oilfield.It was concluded that the main corrosion types were dissolved oxygen corrosion,oxygen accelerated Ca2+/HCO-3 system corrosion and SRB corrosion.Appropriate protection measures including process improvement and selection of corrosion inhibitor and so on were proposed.
