Corrosion Behavior of AISI316L and SAF2205 Stainless Steels in Acetic Acid Solution Containing Br Ion
摘 要
用化学浸泡法对奥氏体不锈钢316L和双相不锈钢SAF2205在含溴醋酸溶液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究,并观察了腐蚀形貌.结果发现:随着温度和Br-浓度的增加,腐蚀速率增大,点蚀程度加剧;随着浸泡时间的增加,不锈钢AISI316L的腐蚀速率迅速降低,而不锈钢SAF2205的腐蚀速率缓慢增大,72h后,两者腐蚀速率的变化都很小;醋酸环境下,Cl-比Br-对两种不锈钢的点蚀危害性更大.在含Cl-醋酸溶液中加入少量Br-,对腐蚀有一定的抑止作用,而在含Br-醋酸溶液中加入少量Cl-,并没有严重的有害影响.
Abstract
Corrosion behavior of AISI316L and SAF2205 stainless steels in acetic acid solution containing Br- was investigated by measuring the corrosion weight loss.Pitting characteristic was inspected by optical microscope.The corrosion rate was markedly increased with increasing temperature and Br- concentration.The pitting resistance of SAF2205 stainless steel was superior to that of AISI316L.The corrosion rate of AISI316L stainless steel rapidly decreased with increasing exposure time,while the corrosion rate of SAF2205 stainless steel slowly increased.The corrosion rate of AISI316L and SAF2205 stainless steels slightly changed after 72h.Cl- was more aggressive than Br- in 80% acetic acid solution at 80℃.Small amount of Br- had a remarkable inhibiting effect on corrosion behavior in acetic acid solution containing Cl-,whereas addition of small amount of Cl- to acetic acid solution containing Br- did not have significant harmful effects.
