Effect of Milling Ball Diameters on Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Ti(C,N)-based Cermets
摘 要
研究了磨球直径对Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷组织结构和性能的影响.结果表明:名义尺寸相同而实际尺寸相差较大的磨球所磨出的粉体粒度大且分布不均匀,烧结体硬质相颗粒粗大且等轴性差,抗弯强度和硬度均较低.如果将用久的磨球按质量等级分类,不同等级的球均可以磨出粒度小且均匀的粉体,相应烧结体的组织均匀规则,抗弯强度和硬度均较高.
Abstract
Effect of milling ball diameters on mechanical properties and microsturcture of Ti(C,N)based-cermets was studied.It is found that the grain size of the powders milled by balls with different diameters is big,the hard phase is big too and not uniform,the hardness and bending strength are also lower.If the balls used for a long time are graded by their weights,the grain size of the powder milled by various grade balls is small,the microstructure is fine,the hardness and bending strength are both high.
