Microstructure and Mechanical Properites of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag Aluminum Alloy in High Temperature Creep Rupture Testing Stress Lasting
摘 要
利用透射电镜、拉伸试验机等研究了高温持久试验对不同时效状态下的Al-Cu-Mg-Ag铝合金微观组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:165 ℃×4 h欠时效状态的合金在高温持久(200 ℃、200 MPa)试验后,剩余强度先随着持久时间延长而逐渐增加,20 h时强度达到最大值,而后缓慢下降;伸长率变化与强度变化基本相似.合金欠时效高温持久后的性能优于峰时效态.随持久时间延长,欠时效状态合金中弥散分布的Ω相逐渐长大,有θ′相析出.
Abstract
Based on TEM observation and tensile testing,the effect of the high temperature creep rupture testing on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag aluminum alloy was investigated.The residual strength of the alloy in underaged alloy (165 ℃×4 h) increase first with the lasting time and reach a peak value at the time of 20 in the high temperature creep rupture testing (200 ℃,200 MPa),and then decrease.The variation of ductility of the underaged samples have the same tendency with the variation of residual stress.The high temperature creep performance of underaged sample is superior to that of peakaged one.
