Effect of Hydrogen on the Microstructure of Ti-6Al-4V Alloy by Hot Defromation
摘 要
研究了渗氢TC4钛合金热变形后及除氢处理后的显微组织.结果表明:渗氢TC4钛合金组织中的氢化物随氢含量增加逐渐长大:应变速率增加时,亚晶变形增加:除氢后由于动态回复亚晶界变得清晰光滑,亚晶内位错密度降低.
Abstract
The both microstructures of hot deformation and dehydrogenation of TC4 alloy was researched in this paper.The result shows the hydrides content grows up with the increasing of hydrogen.The deformation of subgrain is increased with the increasing of deformation rate.The subgrain boundary become smoothly and the density of dislocation is decrease in subgrain because of dynamic-recover after dehydrogenation.
