Effect of Processing Times on Microstructure of Friction Stir Processed AZ91D Magnesium Alloy
摘 要
研究了搅拌摩擦加工(FSP)次数对AZ91D镁合金组织的影响.结果表明:加工次数对搅拌摩擦区晶粒大小影响不大;但加工次数多可增加搅拌摩擦区组织的面积,并使组织均匀化;使热机械影响区组织向搅拌摩擦区组织发生转变;增大轴肩下压区细晶组织面积,进一步细化轴肩下压区的晶粒.
Abstract
The effect of processing times on the microstructure of friction stir processed AZ91D magnesium alloy was studied.The results indicate that the processing times has no prominent effect on the grain size of friction stir processed zone.However,more processing times could increase the area of the friction stir processed zone and homogenize its microstructure,change the microstructure of thermal mechanical affected zone to that of friction stir processed zone.Simultaneously,the process could also increase the shoulder zone and decrease its grain size.
