钴基高温合金表面电弧离子镀NiCrAlY涂层的抗高温氧化性能
          
Cyclic Oxidation Behavior of NiCrAlY Coating Deposited on Co Based High-temperature Alloy by ARC Ion Plating Technology

摘    要
采用电弧离子镀在钴基高温合金K640基体上制备了NiCrAlY涂层,并进行了真空退火处理.通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和能谱分析等技术对涂层的相结构和基体及涂层在1 000 ℃下的抗循环氧化行为进行了研究.结果表明:沉积态涂层主要由γ-Ni、γ′-AlNi3和β-NiAl等物相组成,元素分布均匀;涂层真空退火后衍射峰尖锐,晶粒明显长大,主要由γ-Ni、γ′-AlNi3、β-NiAl和α-Cr以及极少量的 Cr23C6组成.涂层在循环氧化过程中形成Al2O3保护膜,经过100次循环后Al2O3氧化膜仍然完好.真空退火可使溅射涂层表面较早生成保护性能良好的α-Al2O3氧化膜,提高了涂层的抗氧化性能.

Abstract
The NiCrAlY coatings were produced on a Co-based high-temperature alloy substrate by arc ion plating and annealed under vacuum conditions.The phase and the cyclic oxidation behavior of the cast alloy and the deposited coatings were investigated at 1 000 ℃ by using XRD,SEM and EDS technologies.It is shown that the deposited NiCrAlY coating,which consisted of a three-phase mixture:γ-Ni,γ′-AlNi3 and β-NiAl phase,have a homogeneous elemental distribution.After vacuum heat treatment,the grains in the coatings become much larger,the deposited NiCrAlY coating mainly consiste of γ-Ni,γ′-AlNi3,β-NiAl,α-Cr and trace of Cr23C6.The deposited coating surface forms Al2O3 scale during the cycles,and the Al2O3 scale is still perfective after 100 cycles.The deposited NiCrAlY coating after vacuum heat treatment forms α-Al2O3 much earlier and the α-Al2O3 scale has a better adherence to the NiCrAlY coating.Therefore vacuum heat treatment improves the oxidation resistance of arc ion plated NiCrAlY coating.
