Two-fluid Model during Powder Injection Molding Process
摘 要
为了研究粉末注射成型(PIM)过程特有的偏析现象,提出了等效粉末的概念并引入粉末的拟流体假设;通过引用流体动力学的研究方法建立了PIM过程双流体模型基本控制方程,并对粉末、粘结剂相间作用的表达式及粉末与粘结剂的粘度关系进行了探讨;采用CFX软件分别基于双流体及单流体数学模型对PIM过程进行了数值模拟.结果表明:两者的模拟结果吻合较好,证明了双流体数学模型的可靠性.
Abstract
The conception of equivalent powder was brought forward and the quasi-fluid hypothesis of powder was introduced for studing the powder segregation during powder injection molding(PIM).The governing equation of the two-fluid model was built by the hydrodynamic method,which described the process of PIM.The expression of interaction phase and the viscosity relationship between the powder and binder were studied.The simulation result based on the two-fluid model is in agreement with the result based on the single-fluid model by CFX software,verifying the credibility of the two-fluid model.
