Effect of Homogenization Annealing Technique on Textures and Earing Rate of 1100 Aluminium Sheet
摘 要
用晶体取向分布函数研究和分析了均匀化退火对1100铝带材织构的影响;比较了(560~580)℃×16 h、(520~550)℃×9 h两种均匀化退火工艺下得到的铝带材的织构组成.结果表明:不同均匀化退火工艺改变了杂质铁在铝基体中的溶解度以及含铁析出颗粒的尺寸,从而影响了铝带材再结晶退火中产生的立方织构与R型织构、B/R型织构比例以及铝带材的各向异性及制耳率;(560~580)℃×16 h处理后材料的各织构比较均衡,而各向异性较弱,制耳率较小,为1.8%,制耳均匀.
Abstract
Effect of homogenization annealing process on textures and earing rate of 1100 aluminium sheet was investigated using orientation distribution functions (ODF).The results show that the homogenization annealing technique could change the solubility of Fe in Al matrix and the size of precipitated particles containing Fe element.Thus it influenced the proportion of cube texture to R texture and B/R texture produced during the annealing process,anisotropy and earing rate of the aluminium sheet.Two kinds of annealing techniques of (560-580)℃×16 h and (520-550)℃×9 h were compared.The texture proportion of the former was more uniform than that of the latter,and the anisotropy of the former was weaker.
