Effects of Service Time on Mechanical Properties of Spiral Weld of Oil Pipelines
摘 要
为研究服役时间对螺旋焊缝管道材料力学性能的影响,对服役了近30 a的鲁宁管线和尚未投入使用新管线的有焊缝与无焊缝16Mn管道材料分别进行了拉伸试验和疲劳试验.结果表明:螺旋焊缝管道材料拉伸性能稳定,在经过长期服役后并无明显降低;但含焊缝材料在长期服役以后其疲劳性能明显降低,而无焊缝材料的疲劳性能无明显变化.
Abstract
In order to study the effects of service time on mechanical properties of spiral weld of oil pipelines,a series of tensile and fatigue tests were performed on 16Mn oil pipeline materials,which were cut from the Luning oil pipeline with service for about 30 years and from a new pipeline.The results showed that tensile properties of 16Mn spiral weld pipeline material were stable and no distinct degradation was detected after long-time service.However fatigue properties of the pipeline materials with spiral weld were greatly reduced after long-term service and those without spiral weld had no obvious change.
