Research Progress of Sintered Nb-Fe-B Permanent Magnets
摘 要
钕-铁-硼磁体被称为第三代稀土永磁材料,烧结钕-铁-硼磁体是目前综合磁性能最高的永磁材料.介绍了烧结钕-铁-硼磁体的研究现状、应用领域,阐述了烧结钕-铁-硼磁体的有关理论及先进生产工艺的特点,重点分析了低氧湿压、片铸、放电等离子烧结等工艺的特点,指出了目前国内烧结钕-铁-硼磁体存在的主要问题及今后的研究方向.
Abstract
As the third generation of rare earth permanent magnet material,the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets possess the best integrated magnetic properties by now.Research status and application fields of the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets were reviewed.Related theories about Nd-Fe-B permanent alloy and advanced production technologies of the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets were introduced,and the technical characteristics of HILOP(Hitach low oxygen process),SC(strip casting),SPS(spark plasma sintering) etc were emphasized.The present existing problems and future research interests in our country were pointed out.
