Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of GTAW Joint of High Nitrogen Austenitic Stainless Steel Medium Thick Plates for Medical Devices
摘 要
采用钨极氩弧焊对7 mm厚的高氮不锈钢板进行了焊接,研究了焊接接头的组织和力学性能.结果表明:焊缝区和热影响区组织为奥氏体和δ-铁素体,当2%氮气加入保护气体时,焊缝强度明显提高,抗拉强度达到865 MPa,与母材(抗拉强度875 MPa)相当,且焊缝韧性也可获得提高;整个焊接接头具有良好的低温冲击韧性,-40 ℃时,焊缝区的冲击吸收功为70 J,熔合线附近的冲击吸收功为55 J,热影响区的冲击吸收功为60 J.
Abstract
Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) was used to weld 7 mm thick high nitrogen stainless steel.Microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied.The results show that microstructure of weld zone and heat affected zone both was austenite and δ-ferrite.When 2% N2 was added to the shielding gas,tensile strength of the weld zone was remarkably increased to 865 MPa,close to that of the parent metal (875 MPa),and toughness was also increased.At -40 ℃,impact absorbed energy of the weld zone reached 70 J and that of the heat affected zone was about 60 J showing that the whole joint had good low temperature toughness.
