Localization Situation of ASME CODE CASE 2328-1 Steel Tube
摘 要
主要对国产ASME CODE CASE 2328-1钢管的成分优化和关键制造工艺进行了介绍,并对国产和住友钢管中的非金属夹杂物、晶粒度、显微组织、常规力学性能和持久强度进行了比较.我国采用高温软化处理+大变形冷加工+固溶处理+内壁喷丸制管工艺生产的ASME CODE CASE 2328-1钢管完全满足技术条件要求,并且质量良好,完全可以替代进口.
Abstract
The composition optimization and key manufacture process of domestic ASME CODE CASE 2328-1 steel tube were mainly introduced.Non-metallic inclusions,grain size,microstructure,conventional mechanical properties and rupture strength of the steel tubes made by domestic manufacturer and Sumitomo company are compared.The domestic ASME CODE CASE 2328-1 steel tube produced by high temperature softening treatment,large deformation of cold work,solution treatment and inner shot blasting can meet the requirements of the specification and the quality of the steel tube is very good,which can substitute the imported products.
