Effects of Shrinkage Cavities on Creep Property of Radial Forging GH4169 Alloy at Different Positions
摘 要
对径向锻造GH4169合金的缩孔尺寸和数量进行了研究,进而在650 ℃/725 MPa条件下对该合金不同部位试样的蠕变性能进行了测试.结果表明:缩孔主要存在于晶界处,在材料表面部位的缩孔数量与体积均大于中心部位的;表层金属的蠕变寿命最短,约为心部的一半,不同部位蠕变试样的断口均为韧窝型;晶界缩孔是合金蠕变过程中的主要裂纹源之一.
Abstract
The shrinkage cavity size and amount of the radial forging GH4169 alloy had been investigated,and then the creep properties of the alloy at different positions were tested at 650 ℃ and 725 MPa.The results show that the shrinkage cavities were main at grain boundaries,both the amount and volume of the surface shrinkage cavities were larger than those of the center place.The creep life of the surface metal was the shortest which was about half as long as that of the center place.The fracture modes of the creep samples cut from different locations were all ductile dimples.The shrinkage cavities occured at grain boundaries were one of the important crack origins during the alloy creep.
