Analysis of the Corrosion Behavior of Welding Joint of SA210 Steel Used for High-pressure Evaporator Tubes in Heat Recover Steam Generator
摘 要
为分析燃气余热锅炉高压蒸发器管SA210钢焊缝腐蚀特征,利用金相显微镜观察SA210焊接钢管腐蚀坑、SA210钢堆焊钢板焊接接头各部位和基体的显微组织,并于0.2 mol/L的NaCl溶液中分别测定焊接接头焊缝区、熔合区、热影响区以及基体的三电极动电位扫描极化曲线,以研究各个区域的腐蚀特征。结果显示SA210钢熔合区的腐蚀电流要远高于其他区域的腐蚀电流。这表明,SA210钢焊接接头熔合区由于晶粒粗大、组织形态和成分不均匀以及魏氏体缺陷组织的存在,将会成为SA210钢焊接接头中优先腐蚀区。
Abstract
To analyse the corrosion behavior of welding joint of SA210 steel used for high-pressure evaporator tubes in heat recover steam generator (HRSG),the corrosion resistance of welding joint and base of SA210 steel was analyzed by metallographic analysis and electrochemical study. The microstructure of welding joint and base of SA210 steel was observed and the polarization curves of its welding seams,fusion line,welding HAZ and base in 0.2 mol/L NaCl solution were measured. It turned out that the corrosion current of the fusion line in SA210 steel was much higher than that of other parts. The results indicate that preferential corrosion will develop along the fusion line of SA210 steel owing to the coarse grain,uneven microstructure and chemical composition and the widmannstatten structure.
