Development of a Scanning Equipment for Ultrasonic Testing of Small-Diameter Tube Welds
摘 要
电厂水冷壁管焊缝手工超声探伤劳动强度大,而且水冷壁管之间的间隙小,探头难以通过,因此存在不可探区。针对上述情况,研制了一套小径管焊缝探伤自动扫查装置,探头在锅炉内≥15 mm的管排间隙中自动完成焊缝检验,解决了手动超声探伤劳动强度大和漏检问题。该装置在现场取得了很好的应用效果。
Abstract
An automatic scanning equipment for ultrasonic testing of small-diameter tube welds was developed to solve the problems of large amount of work and uninspected weld zones due to the small gaps of the tube lines of power station water-cooling system in manual ultrasonic testing. All the welds in a boiler were automatically inspected by the probe scanning in the tube lines with gaps of ≥15 mm without missing. It was shown by on-site inspection that the equipment was effectual.
